Directions: Mix 1/3 c. Mayonnaise, 1/3 c. Sour Cream & 2 1/2 t. of Elote Seasoning. Grill corn on the cob without husks until a little charred. Brush on creamy Elote mixture and top with Cotija Cheese (optional). You can also use fresh or frozen corn. Sprinkle on any vegetables for great flavor!
