Blackened Seasoning


Blackened is a process more than a seasoning, we also know a great PFS Blackened Seasoning increases the the level of your blackened dishes. From catfish, salmon, shrimp, lobster, chicken, steak, tofu, seitan and more. Also great rub for the smoker!

Blacken your proteins or vegetables to switch up an everyday meal. You can use as an all purpose seasoning.

To Blacken, coat your protein all over in butter and generously season both sides. On a higher heat, pan fry on all sides until cooked. For a less smoky process use oil and then pan fry, grill or broil until cooked.
